Summer is around the corner. We have some exciting upcoming programming and opportunities for you all to network and build relationships.  

May marks the celebration of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month and Mental Health Awareness Month, recently, I saw a great program hosted by the PR Museum on the impact of the AAPI community on our industry. I would like to take this opportunity to pay tribute to our Asian and Pacific American colleagues who have continued to enrich our profession with their valuable contributions. 

Are you ready for Media Mashup 2023?  Mark your calendar for Wednesday, June 21 for a half-day of professional development and networking. Stay tuned for full agenda.  

FPRA’s 84th Annual Conference returns to Orlando on Aug. 6-9 at the Waldorf Astoria, Orlando. Please join me in welcoming FPRA members and friends from around the state to our hometown. This year’s conference program features an amazing lineup of speakers with diverse backgrounds and expertise. Our chapter is offering our members two (2) annual conference scholarships covering the full cost registration. Apply by Friday, June 23 to be considered.
